Such a great experience here. Our server which I didn't get her name sadly was so sweet kind and accommodating!!! The food was good nothing to rave about though simple and normal bagged seafood, but the service was so on point I'll be back!!! Such an easy place to have a family gatherings or birthday party dinners. I plan to try the other meals they have on their menu. So far I would recommend this place.

The atmosphere is great and decor is cool. The whole place is super welcoming. The staff was super nice and constantly came back to see if we needed anything else. The food was amazing. Great Cajun flavor. I had the Fish and chips they tasted much better than most of the other places I've had it at.

I really enjoy the food from here but I am also so impressed by the customer service- i ordered from door dash and after 30 minutes past the scheduled time i realized my food had not been delivered so I called the crab shack and spoke with Holly. She was so pleasant and quickly addressed my concern. She let me know that I had selected my delivery for the following day but that she would contact door dash and call me right back. In less than 30 minutes the food was delivered all thanks to Holly! I wish I could hire you at my store- people much older than you could learn alot about customer service! Thank you for helping to make my boyfriend's birthday even better!

First time today &’ honestly i love it! it’s better than other places i’ve gone too! The sauce it’s self not too greasy which i like! Highly recommended &’ the service is awesome 👏🏻! I got the head on shrimp style Lemon pepper &’ spice level medium so good!
